SR Policy

    Orders/Garments once Sold to the Customer shall not be Returned/Refunded or Cancelled but can be Altered/Rectified. It can be Exchanged if needed, only if approved by the Designer SR, and if brought to the notice by the Customer immediately after the delivery.

Exchange on Sale items or Gift Cards shall not be accepted.

To be Eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. We shall also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

All the Payments shall be cleared in full and final before delivery of the Garments by the Customer.

Damages and issues

1)     Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and get it rectified.


Refunds

1     We do not have any Refund Policy Option, however if there is any issue regarding the outfit and if the Designer (SR) deems It fit that with alteration/rectification the problem cannot be solved then a CREDIT NOTE of the same amount shall be issued to the Customer against the outfit only after inspecting the Garment which should be unused, in a good condition and not damaged.
